On Hold Recordings…Getting Better!
Tuesday, October 16th, 2007Custom on hold messages are getting more and more high tech and (thankfully) more bearable. Just the other day I was on hold waiting for a customer service rep and I was pleasantly surprised at their on hold recording; it very casually discussed the new services offered in a way that I felt was not too intrusive or overbearing. Perhaps it was the woman’s sultry voice or really just subliminal messages. Whatever it was, I was far more impressed than I usually am with sub-par and obnoxious on hold recordings.
