So I have to take just a quick minute to rave about my new office phone. I know, I know…an office phone? Sounds lame. But if you had this phone, you would know what I am talking about.

The Avaya 5420 is making my life so much easier, and not for any big special reason. No, it’s the soft, programmable buttons and crystal clear speakerphone. When you are on the phone with clients as much as I am, it’s nice to have a great speakerphone so you can multi-task. Most of the time, they don’t even realize I am on speakerphone. And the personalized ring patterns are great; have you ever had the same ring as someone else?
